  1. I'm going to be using a move above $109 in TLT to close out my position. Otherwise, I am targeting a move down to retest recent lows around $102. I may pick up TBT if TLT retests the high $108 level.

    1. screw this. closing out the TLT / TBT. There's a real possibility here that the market is testing the prior top and will be topping out. If that happens then you're right 2nd, bonds would do well. Too difficult to tell what the right move is...

  11. Puerto Rico bond yields have lowered and spreads have come in quite a bit over the last two weeks. AAA rates are likely to decline another 10-15bps in 10+ years before a pause for a week or so. This week, we found it useful to examine the developments of the different Chapter 9 bankruptcy proceedings.
