David - Thanks, I think the PRC had better start thinking about keeping their infrastructure projects moving along while the developed world is still reeling from the financial crisis.
Otherwise, they may find their window of opportunity is not as wide as they may have anticipated.
Mark, My understanding is M.P. describes the circumstances that must exist to ensure the majority options expiring, do so worthless.
The majority of options expire worthless, correct?
Using the M.P. calculator, which accesses publicly available data concerning outstanding options about to expire, the calculator approximates the share price required to ensure the majority of options meet the expectation (worthless on expiration day).
Mark, all the data collected comes from public sources, I suppose it's published by the various exchanges on a regular basis.
Therefore, depending on the source(Yahoo/Google/Wall St. Journal), it may or may not have been recently updated (current) and therefore accuracy is only as good as the data feed(source).
Here's some trouble for ya:
ReplyDeleteRAS - Maxpain 2/19 is $3, I think this might explain recent weakness.
TRE - MP 2/19 is $7
PMI - M.P. 2/19 is $3, indicating some downside in store.
